Basic information about the Office of the Council
According to § 4 of the Act No. 308/2000 Coll. all activities of the Council resulting from its mission and competences are carried out by the members of the Council. Tasks connected with Council activities are performed by employees of the Office of the Council.
According to § 13 of the Act No. 308/2000 Coll., the Office carries out tasks providing for the organisational, personnel, administrative and technical needs of Council activity and the execution of Council decisions.
The composition, organisation and scope of the Office are set out in the Statute of the Council for Broadcasting and Retransmission. The activities of the Office are regulated in more detail in the Organisational Rules of the Office and Working Regulations of the Office.
